Invoice reminder software should make your next action obvious: which customer owes money, when the invoice became due, and whether you have already followed up. Start by entering the invoice number, amount, due date and the customer's contact details. Keep the list accurate by marking an invoice paid only after checking the transaction in your own bank or payment provider.
For the first follow-up, lead with the invoice number and a simple question. If a payment is already on its way, ask the customer to confirm it. Escalate the wording only after a reasonable interval and keep a record of past messages. Sending duplicate reminders after payment creates unnecessary frustration.
ZUMIP lets you track manually entered invoices, import structured spreadsheets, edit reminder messages and approve each outgoing email. It does not automatically debit customers or reconcile bank accounts. Email sending requires an SMTP service configured by the site operator.
All clients, invoices, due dates and payment statuses in one view. Editable templates and manual approval; no automatic chasing.
