The free plan is limited as stated on the Pricing page. Paid features and checkout become available only when the operator has configured a supported payment service. Prices and recurring billing terms are shown before checkout.

Payments and cancellation

Card details are handled by the payment service, not by ZUMIP. Cancel the subscription via the checkout provider’s customer portal or write to [email protected]. Removing your ZUMIP account does not automatically cancel payments at the external provider; for safety, an account with an active subscription cannot be deleted until that subscription ends.

Refunds and taxes

Paid plans are annual subscriptions billed through DaLiLink. Renewal and payment terms are shown on the checkout page before you pay; mandatory local refund and consumer rights always apply and cannot be excluded. We do not publish a fictional universal refund guarantee.
