Terms of Service
Updated: 2026-10-13 · ZUMIP PayGuard
MAZA PRODUCTION operates the ZUMIP service as an independent operator (natural person); it is not presented as a registered company unless such registration is separately disclosed.
Operator and acceptance
ZUMIP PayGuard is operated by MAZA PRODUCTION (ZUMIP), operating from Kazakhstan; contact [email protected]. By creating an account, you agree to these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy describing data use.
Nature of the service
ZUMIP is an invoice-tracking and reminder-drafting tool. It does not collect payments, verify banking transactions, provide accounting or legal advice, or guarantee collection of debt. You are responsible for the accuracy of all records and payment status.
Your responsibilities
You must have a lawful basis to upload client contact details and send communications. Verify each message before sending; do not send spam, threats, deceptive demands, discriminatory content, or communications prohibited by local debt-collection, privacy and marketing laws. You are responsible for your chosen payment links.
Service changes and availability
Features and free limits can change with advance notice where practical. We use reasonable efforts to maintain access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own records and exports of critical invoices.
Accounts and closure
Keep login credentials secure. We may restrict misuse. You can export information and remove your account from Settings subject to legally required retention; active paid subscriptions must be cancelled with the payment provider first.
Paid subscriptions and disputes
When payments are enabled, checkout, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and eligible refunds are handled under the terms shown at checkout and our Billing page. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Support: [email protected].
Liability and applicable law
The service is supplied with reasonable care; no guarantee is given that an invoice will be paid. Limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted, and do not exclude mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
