Download your records

In Settings, use Download account archive to obtain a machine-readable JSON export of your profile, clients, invoices and reminder history. An invoice-only CSV export is also available.

Correct or delete information

Edit your profile or correct invoice details through the workspace where available, or contact [email protected]. Account deletion is available in Settings after password verification and removes the account data from the active database, subject to legally required retention.

Information about third parties

If a company uses ZUMIP to store your invoice information, that company usually determines the purposes of processing. Please contact the company for requests about its records. We support the company in honoring lawful requests.

Contact and appeals

Send privacy requests to [email protected], identifying the account or organization involved. We verify identity before disclosure. You may also contact the competent data protection authority when applicable.
